    Hi,

I have just installed and activate Awesome support free plugin, but i am having some issues, the plugin itself is (110MB – same as all my website plugins) and habing also performance impact with all the features that it bears, is there a way to reduce plugin size ? and to deactivate all the unused functions & features (80-90%) ?

By the way, we need only basic ticketing system with integration in Woocommerce. The rest is not needed.

    Regards,

    Hi @astounddev,

Currently we don’t have the option to offer a lighter version, but if you don’t need the settings brought by default, you can go to tickets – settings and deactivate the unneded options for each tab. Also, are you having speed issues? You can deactivate your plugins one by one and switch to a default theme to see if there is a conflict with a one plugin or theme, and so this can be investigated.

You can check for different options for optimizing your site:

Hi @astounddev, I’m also interested in this issue, can you keep me up to date with your issue? I didn’t know this plugin occupied so much size in disk, and since I’m using a VPS I didn’t notice any performance problem, but your topic left me worried. Please tell me your results.

    Hi @astounddev and @spikespiegel,

Something that you could try (please backup your site) is to remove the languages files from the languages folder (and keep the ones from your language) in order to get the size smaller (Our plugin has several translations thanks to our collaborators 🙂 ).

    Regards.
