I’m sorry that our Lite version doesn’t seem to fit your needs for now. Our team has worked hard to make sure that our free version includes everything needed to create a basic contact form.
We would like to investigate the conflict you encountered with Ublock origin. I tried to troubleshoot the issue at our end by using WPForms Lite plugin with chrome extension. However, didn’t face issues while testing.
