Hi Support,
I am sorry that you have to experience a not nice review from me. I used the RegistrationMagic form for a live event. Although there are so many limitation, the plugin is working just fine for a few days, did a simple registration process for 4 users. First error is rm_login is doesn’t work, so I have to use other plugin to disallow non-user from viewing restricted content.
More error were happening after I updated the plugin. I had deactivated other plugins to see if there’s any conflicting plugin, but the error persisted. Instantly I google with the error message “Call to undefined method RM_Utilities::html_to_text_email()” but found none can help.
Now I am using other plugin for the process (critical for this ongoing event) and there’s no way I will generate that error message again since I can’t go back to activate the RegistrationMagic.
Thank you and sorry.
Thank you for the detailed description. Yes, There was a bug of “method undefined” which was corrected in the next version within 12 hours.
Regarding the shortcode ([RM_Login]), There is no such issue reported in the past. There might be multiple reasons for that. Our experts could have check the issue at your end.
Thank you again for your reply.
Hello,
I’m experiencing the same problem here. Seems, that it started with the update to WordPress 4.5.3 and the theme “Ribosome 1.5.8”.
Here the error I get:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method RM_Utilities::html_to_text_email() in /home/USERNAME/html/WordPress/wp-content/plugins/custom-registration-form-builder-with-submission-manager/includes/class_rm_utilities.php on line 547
Is there a fix already (and where can I get it)?
Best regards
Franz Heinz
