Hi there!
I have tried to replicate the first issue regarding the cart spinning and not showing the “Empty cart” message, and I can confirm that I was able to replicate the issue on my end as well. However, I checked the browser console for any errors but did not find any error messages.
Regarding the signup issue, could you please try clearing your site cache and browser cache, then attempt to enter your email address again?
For the data field issue, could you please share a screenshot to show which data field you are referring to?
Regarding all three issues, it seems like a plugin conflict or theme-related issue. For testing, could you please create a staging site, deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce, and activate a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-Five to see if the issue persists?
If you still face the same issue, please share the staging site URL along with the following details:
- System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status
- Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
Please use https://pastebin.com/ or https://gist.github.com/ and share a link to that paste in reply here. Once we have more information, we’ll be able to assist you further.
Thank you for your response.
- Regarding the date field issue in the checkout, I noticed that the problem only occurs on mobile devices, while it appears correctly on desktop.
- As for the signup error message, when a user tries to register with an already registered email, the current error message on mobile suggests that an email is required instead of indicating that the email is already registered. I would like to update the error message to make it clearer.
Could you please guide me on how to modify this error message?
Looking forward to your support.
Hi there!Regarding the Date Field Issue:
I have checked the date field, and it appears fine on my end, as shown in this video: ScreenPal Link. I’m not seeing any issues on my mobile.
Could you please share a screenshot of how the date field appears on your mobile? Also, let us know which mobile device you are using and where you’re experiencing the issue. Additionally, I suggest ensuring you are using the latest browser version and trying to clear your browser cache.
Regarding the Signup Message:
Could you let us know which registration method or plugin you’re using for signups? I tried registering with the same email address on my site’s My Account page, and I received a message stating that an account has already been created with this email and to try another one.
Once we have more information, we’ll be happy to assist you further!

Hi there!
I tried to replicate the issue on my mobile and noticed that the state field appears empty the first time. However, after that, I was unable to reproduce the issue.
I tried again, and I’m still unable to replicate the issue on your site, as shown in this screenshot:

It seems like a caching issue. For testing purposes, could you please clear your browser cache and site cache? Also, if you have any caching plugins activated on your site, try deactivating them and see if the issue persists.
Thank you!
Then why it looks like this on my phone , and how can i solve the state issue?

Hi @heba0907,
There could be several reasons for this issue, including a possible browser-related problem. To rule that out, please try accessing the site in incognito mode and share a screenshot. Also, test it on different browsers like Firefox, Chrome, and Opera Mini, and provide screenshots of the results.
Additionally, understanding your site’s setup would be helpful. I noticed that @shahzeenfarooq previously requested your system status report, but it seems that message was missed. Could you please share your system status report using https://pastebin.com? You can find it by navigating to WooCommerce > Status > Get report > Copy for support.
Hello! I’ll close this out for the time being due to inactivity. We’re here whenever you’re ready to reconnect.
Sorry i didn’t notice your reply here the report https://pastebin.com/s4pnyAYL

Hello heba0907,
Thank you for your reply.
I reviewed the report you shared and noticed that your site has 76 active plugins, which is quite high and could be causing conflicts.
To troubleshoot, set up a staging site and run a conflict test. You can use the WP Staging plugin to create a staging environment. Please let me know how things go during the test.
Afterward, consider consulting a professional developer to help remove unnecessary plugins.
Reducing plugins will help your site in performance and will have less chance of conflicts.
Looking forward to your response. 🙂
