Too many issues!!!

    Despite the positive ratings on wphive and plugintest, I’ve been facing major issues for essential features:

    • recurring events are not rendered correctly
    • registration for free events not possible, unless you enable “free tickets”, which don’t work on recurring events
    • zoom integration does not work, due to outdated documentation/tutorials
    • no double-optin feature for free events, which prevents targeting european visitors

    I give one star for otherwise okayish impression, another star for their support, which has acknowledged the issues, but didn’t solve them (even for paying customers). [redacted by moderator]

    • Recurring Events Rendering Issue: We haven’t encountered any major rendering issues in our latest version, but we’d love to check this for you. Could you please provide more details, including screenshots of the issue? This will help us identify and fix the problem.
    • Registration for Free Events: You can enable WooCommerce login to purchase event tickets, which will allow registrations. Also, recurring free events should work as expected. Please check this reference: screenshot.
    • Zoom Integration Issue: We recommend checking our updated Zoom tutorial to ensure everything is set up correctly. If you’re still facing issues, please let us know so we can assist further.
    • Double Opt-in for GDPR Compliance: Our plugin follows full GDPR rules, and we have an option to take consent using extra fields: https://prnt.sc/1Q4G2yy6sK37 and we haven’t received official complaints regarding compliance. And for paid tickets you can use WooCommerce Double Opt-in option on the checkout page.
