• I have had several ongoing issues since I first implemented RankMath on my site about 8 months ago. My tickets keep getting “lost in the queue” according to RankMath so I have to continously follow up to ask about status updates. After a while, they just stop responding and the ticket gets closed without my knowledge (no alerts, but due to MY inactivity, even though I’m awaiting their response). Then all previous responses and data are lost when I have to create a NEW ticket! Done that 3x now. Fed up! They are good at resolving simple issues, but these are more complex and no resolution has been offered. So far I don’t see much point to this plugin as much of the functionality doesn’t work for me.

    I believe you have the ability to search under my name for all of the tickets. I’d really hate to have to do MORE work at this point. I have already suggested this multiple times to others in previous tickets. Got nowhere…..

    We found the ticket and checked your last response. Please note that when you validate the fix in your GSC account for Page with Redirect status, the validation looks if you have fixed the issue or not. Since the URLs are still being redirected, the validation will fail. The validation will show the success message only when the URLs stop redirecting and return a 200 status code.

    Since the redirections are intentional, you don’t have to validate the fix, as the Page with Redirect is the correct status for those URLs. The same applies to the other statuses you see in your GSC account. If the URL is returning a 404 error, then it will be under the Not Found (404) status and validation will fail unless the 404 error is no longer there.

    We checked the URLs in the screenshots you shared and all the URLs are currently being redirected to your homepage. So, they will all be under the Page with Redirect status.

    It seems like you have removed Rank Math from the site. If you are willing to give it another chance and want us to help you resolve any other issues you are facing, please feel free to open a new forum topic.

    Didn’t get a resolution from Astra. They respond very slowly when you aren’t a pro member. i ended up just making a separate template section right above header. Never could get it to work. LMK if you do!

    They are the worst to get ahold of! I’ll give them a try and let you know if they get back to me. If they don’t, I’ll probably just use your workaround. Thanks for replying!
