Too many redirects error

    After clicking “Setup Chat Plugin” button, when the window opens there is an error: “Too many redirects occurred trying to open…..”.

    I’ve cleared the cache and history and still get the same error. Tried Chrome, FireFox and Safari. All presented same error.

    Any ideas?
