Hi Folks – a little stumped at this Error I’m getting from User Sync..

[email protected] has signed up to a lot of lists very recently; we’re not allowing more signups for now.

Where does this message originate and how do I make sure that these people are actually being signed up for our MailChimp list? This is happening a lot in the log.

Hey Chris,

The error messages displayed on the page “MailChimp for WP > Others” are the once we receive from MailChimp.com

I get the same error for many users:

ERROR: User Sync > Error subscribing or updating user 42: Bad Request. *****@zi****.it has signed up to a lot of lists very recently; we’re not allowing more signups for now

Is this a new problem with Mailchimp?
