too many requests

Recently my server php-workers usage reaching limit… according to hosting team too much admin ajax request is the reason of max resource usage.
Upon checking via Query Monitor there’s an error related to rank math. Please see this screenshot. after updating plugins free and pro to latest version warnings are still present in query monitor.
My site recently having high traffic so with high traffic these too many requests is hurting. Please let me know what can be done.

Thank you for contacting Rank Math support.
Please check inside the options table of your WordPress database and look for the following key:
_site_transient_rank_math_pro_versionsAt the moment it seems like the website is not able to save the transient into the database correctly which makes the function run continuously every 30 seconds to set the transient and fail to do so.
To force this generation once again, please clear the transients completely by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and clicking the button to Remove those.

Thanks for the response. Once the transient is set it’ll stop this call completely or just its duration/frequency will be decreased?After updating both plugins on staging site. warnings from query monitor is removed… now query monitor shows this warning sometimes but sometimes don’t.
I deleted the transients from Rank math Database tools and it says “No Transients/record found”Hello @jerry0000,
After setting this transient the message will no longer appear until a new update is available and the data needs to be updated. If the transient cannot be set at that time then it can occur again.
The message doesn’t appear after updating the plugin because it doesn’t need to update the transient.

I updated my Object Cache Pro plugin and then deactivated & activated the rank math free and pro and it appears the warning is removed from query monitor… at least for now.Hello @jerry0000,

I have to update Klaviyo 3.3.3 because I can’t create segments with the people who make some orders. The thing is that in the plugins in WooCommerce, i check and i see that i have already updated the Klaviyo 3.3.3 plugin. so i dont undertsnatd why is not working in klaviyo if i already have the latest version
