    Hi there,

I installed Discount rules and dynamic pricing for a new client site, launched last week, and yesterday it gave someone an additional discount for no reason – the dynamic pricing is set to give 10% off when a minimum of 10 items of a certain type are ordered, but for some reason it gave them 13% off.

The item’s base price is $5.99, and with 10% off that should come to $5.39. With 60 items ordered, the total should have come to $323.40, but the total came to $312.66. No additional discount is shown.

    Is this a common issue???

    Hi @phil84vaive

Thank you for choosing our plugin.

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

No, it is not a common issue. Maybe you have created a wrong rule or there is a conflict like another discount plugin or a coupon on your website.

You can achieve it with a bulk pricing rule and set the quantity range to:

    • Min: 10, without max, and discount type: percentage, discount: 10

Please read this article to create a bulk pricing rule.

You can try it on our demo website to ensure that it is working fine.

In case it doesn’t work on your website, maybe a conflict on your site causes this issue. To troubleshoot, deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and the Discount plugin. Test the functionality; if it works correctly, reactivate the plugins one by one to pinpoint the one causing the issue.

In case it doesn’t work, you can also, send us a full-page screenshot of the rule for further investigation.

    I hope it helps.

    Best regards
