Too much "options" in database

Hello, don’t you think that there a bit too much wp_options of WP-Appbox in database? All of them have “autoload” as “yes” which not good for table’s and site’s speed as whole. Also most of them don’t using in backend and frontend.
Maybe, it will be better to create a special table for this options in database?:)
