too responsive header??

On the landing page of our site the slider image acts as our header image. while also have a logo and menu….

However on some screens the logo doesn’t sit central in the header (space even above and below the logo.

So when the browser window is resized etc, this adjusts the height of the slider – making the logo look centralised top and bottom but sometimes it doesn’t if not adjusted is there a way to address this?

If I upgrade to the pro version to have an image as a header on my pages. I don;t want the same issue to happen.
