Too slow to help

    every time, i have to wait for 5 or 10 hrs for them to help. Their developer are always busy. They react slow and their front desk knows nothing.

    They destroied my website. and i have to wait for more than 1 day to get the help!

    I really hate to use this plugin!!!!!

    Sorry for the bad experience.

    Unfortunately technical issues which need developer attention may take extended period of time to solve and also if it is weekend, it is going to take even longer.

    Hopefully all the issues will be resolved.
