Tool stopped sending mails

    Hi,
    I have a issue using your tool for sending out my newsletters.
    Yesterday I was able to send approx. 2.000 mails.
    Today I wanted to send out 2 newsletters to 750 and 500 clients
    It stopped after the 2nd mailing at 93%, telling me:
    ID48: issue sending the mail due to SMTPerror, data not accepted. Server error. Daily SMTP quote reached – contact support.

    Where is this issue from ? Is our World4you account not matching your tool´s requirements or ist the AcyMailing tool not able to send more ?

    Need help and some tipps please.

    Hi @etuwolle

    This comes from your SMTP service 🙂

    When you send an email AcyMailing simply ask your sending method to send the email and display it is was successfully done or not.

    Here it says that there is a quota issue.
    That means your SMTP service doesn’t allow you to send further emails. I guess you’ve reached the maximum number of emails allowed to be sent.

    I guess you should contact them to ask for more information about it.
