    Hi, is there a way to contact the developer? We really want to work with this but cant see the tooltips working.

    The developers are monitoring this forum via email alerts, but we need further details about what is not working. If jQuery tooltips are not working, I will suggest trying the alternative tooltips, as this is a proven fix.

    Also please share your site URL so we can try to investigate.

    Footnotes’ jQuery tooltips may not work with a given configuration for some reason. That’s why we added the alternative tooltips feature, activatable under the second dashboard tab “Referrers and tooltips”. These only fail in browsers where JavaScript is turned off.

    I’m sorry to hear that Footnotes’ tooltips don’t work for you. Hopefully switching to alternative tootips fixed the problem.

    As of contacting the developers, for more options you may wish to check out the plugins headers.
