Toolbar doesn’t show

I have followed the video guidance on setup and all fine up to ‘save settings’. Then I go to my page but there is no toolbar at the top left over the ‘Howdy” – what am I doing wrong? I want to see that it is set up and what my options are from there on in.(is this element just for the pro version?)
