thank you for sharing your great accessibility plug-in.
I have a suggestion regarding the Toolbar Icon. A group of people (The Accessible Icon Project: http://accessibleicon.org/index.html#an-icon-is-a-verb) developed an updated version of the wheelchair icon, which would be a great option for your plugin, too:

It would be great to see that being added as an option of your plugin.
