In the “Accessibiltiy Toolbar” section I have checked the first three items (enable, font, contrast) and in the “Toolbar location” I have entered #accessdiv
On my page I have: <div id="accessdiv">&nbsp;</div> (I tried with and without the &nbsp).

I still get only the floating toolbar. If I look in the inspector it shows that .a11y-toolbar  is set for postion: fixed and if I remove this, then the toolbar is in my div. Is there a setting I am missing in the setup?
