Toolbar Missing

I recently switched from Syntax Highlighter for WordPress to this Syntax Highlighter Evolved plugin. I see in the screenshot that there’s a toolbar with copy, print and other buttons in the top right corner, however when I install the plugin and selected the Display the Toolbar checkbox, but nothing appears other than a green box with a ? and when I click it, I see the Syntax Highlighter about box for version 3.0.83.

My code is preceeded by [powershell] and closed with [/powershell].

Any help fixing this would be appreciated!
