Toolbar missing in edit post

Hello!

I am having trouble with the edit post in WordPress. I just change from another theme to the Newscard theme yesterday (because it look so good and it’s perfect for the kind of content I want to promote). After changing the theme, I noticed that when I want to write a new post, the toolbar is missing from the editor. I have searched for answers everywhere but cannot find any good solution. Could you please help me out with this problem?

Aside from that, I would like to say that Newscard theme great and I would be devastated if I’d have to change back again because of the toolbar missing!
