Toolbar settings not affecting

    Hello,
    I found a bug with the settings of Toolbar. In some cases doesn’t work an Enable/Disable state in the toolbar. E.g. I set High contrast to Disabled, and it still is appearing on the toolbar.

    Could you fix this? Probably simple bug in if statements.
