Tools in dashboard missing

    The tools entry in the dashboard disappeared. Unfortunately I’m aware of this just now and I cannot say what happened and when…
    I need the “press this” and export/import features …

    Try flushing your browser cache.

    Have you recently installed any plugins or themes, or edited any core files?

    Yes, I flushed the browser cache (I also tested with other browser).
    Yes I installed plugins and one theme.
    Can I manually recover the Tools? I have to reinstall wordpress (without loosing data)?

    Solved!
    The SPAM BLOCKER plugin conflicts with the dashboard. I had to remove it and all returned to work.
