Tooltip clickable?

Hi,

I am trying to make the tooltip clickable, so that ultimately images can pop-up as modals when clicked on. At this moment, the tooltip disappears when the mouse moves away from the text that calls it. Anyway to do this?

While at it, do you know if it’s possible to integrate modals within the tooltips?
