Tooltip content not displaying correctly

I have tried repeatedly to get the hover content correct. On this page, I’ve left two examples of what it does. The first one has text that won’t display everything. The second has a pic that is tiny and won’t display large no matter what size screenshot I take of it. It cuts it off too if I go to a larger picture. It’ll just show a piece of it. I don’t know what to do. I would like that when you hover over the text, it shows the text large and the entire content. Or when hovering over the text, it shows the picture in a large format, not teeny tiny need a microscope format.
