tooltip in iframes

    I’m not sure there is a solution to this but when the word being explained is in an iframe, the tooltip can be hidden by the iframe size. This happens alot when inserting widgets on a page or in a sidebar. The tooltip is hidden by the feed frame. This is frustrating. But i’m not sure if there is an answer to have the tooltip show up ontop or outside of the widget frame.
