Tooltip is broken

Hi there,

I use this plugin for tooltip, but every time I switch to Visual view in WP page/post editor then go back to html view the tool tip does not function anymore. Can you take A look at the code I use? Maybe the plugin is not compatible with the custom I use. Below Is the code.

When I switch to visual view then go back to html view I have noticed that the code has an extra <span> code. The code looks like this after switching to visual view.

May I know what triggers the span code to be added after switching to visual view?
