Hi @jon_arnold,
This is due to a JS error, which you can see in the browser console.
Can you please follow the steps described in our Testing for conflicts guide? This way we can see if this is a problem in our plugin or a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins.
Please follow-up with your findings,
Best,
Nico
Hi Nico-
Thanks for following up.
I disabled all plugins except the Events Calendar and Event Tickets, and the problem still persisted.
Please advise.
Thanks!

Hi,
Please note we only respond to the WordPres.org forums once a week and it is against WordPress policy to ping a topic.
I am still seeing a javascript error in the console.
Disabling all the other plugins and changing themes did not help?
I am not see any other reports of this so not sure what is unique to your site.
DO you have any custom templates in your theme in this directory:
yourtheme/tribe-events/?
Also do you have any caching plugins active?
Thanks
Hi Brian,
I’m sorry- I only tested for plugin conflicts and not the theme. In fact, the bug is present in the theme demo. I will take it up with them.
Sorry!

No Worries. Let us know what you find out.
The theme author is claiming that it is a plugin problem. I am pretty sure this is NOT the case. I found the tribe-events folder in the theme directory and when I renamed it, the problem went away.
Is there a way to find out which exact file is causing the conflict so that I can get it solved? Looking at the JS console, it looks like there is some problem in setting the “a” variable.
Howdy Jon,
It looks to me like you found a fix since we last talked. The tooltips are now showing in Chrome on Windows.
You can find out which file is specifically conflicting by renaming the files in/tribe-evemts/ one at a time. I would start with any JavaScript files in there. If you still need help with this do let us know.
Cheers!
