Tooltip scrolls when used on fixed position elements

    Hi there,

    Thanks for the great plugin!

    If I have an element on the page with position:fixed; style and add a tooltip to it then when the window scrolls the tooltip scrolls with it instead of remaining fixed with the fixed element.

    I plan to possibly adjust some javascript to reposition the tooltip on page scroll the same as it currently does on resize. Just thought I would let you know.
