Top 3 not working

    Hello,

    Assuming that Top 3 are the users with most logins among all users registered, the information we are getting isn’t correct. Login counts is showing users with just 1 login?!

    Any fix?

    Hi Pedro,

    Thank you for using When Last Login.

    I have just tested this on my end and it works as intended. Please note that the login count will only go up if a user is completely logged out.

    When Last Login does not record user data if the user stays logged-in using cookies (remember me feature).

    Please can you log out completely and log back in, please let me know if you are still experiencing issues with this.

    Hi Andrew,

    I don’t use “remember me feature”, have hundreds of login records and still no showing at Top3. Top 3 is showing http://prntscr.com/ikeru4, occasional users and not the frequent users. And showing counts up instead of down as expected for a Top ranking.
