Hello .
I have problem with top bar. I selected ENABLE TOP BAR and I use just CONTENT.Problem is that top bar is visible only in customize theme page. I click save changes and top bar dissapear when i enter url in the browser. Top bar is visible only when i am logged into my admin account

Hi,

Checked and it seems there is nothing to show in the top bar. Can you please share the snapshot of your top bar in the customizer, how it looks.

And Go to Appearance > Customize > Topbar > Content, and make sure there should be data to show in the content field.
