TOP doesn't work

I had the message error about the cron.
I put the code define(…) in my wp-config.php
the message disappeared but no message sent.
I installed Cron GUI as you said and the message cwp_top_tweet_cron is not in the list…
I don’t what can i do to repair it 🙁
