    Hi there,
    cannot reproduce this issue.
    It might be related to a conflicting plugin, did you try disabling them (except your e-commerce plugin of course).
    The menu in the shop page seems to be the default WP page menu fallback.
    Are you using the hueman addons plugin?
    If yes go to the shop page as admin, and access the customizer from the Customize button you can see in the admin bar.
    (you should see the tab “Options for product archive” active)

    Then go to Menus -> Menu Locations and make sure that the option
    Topbar menu : Use a default page menu if no menu has been assigned
    is disabled.

    Hello

    Sorry for delay in replying. I have disable all plugin including the hueman addons plugin and the problem still consists. It does to any automatically generated page(a page created on fly by a plugin). Google Map plugin I use does exactly the same thing when it generates a page.

    In the customise option under menus it just has choose, there is no option to disable the menu. I have enclosed a screen shot. I just try this on a new website to and have exactly the same problem.

    I have managed to remove the top menu by untick that “Use a default page menu if no menu has been assigned”
