Top menu, adding a new item.

    I have currently two top menu items, Home and About Me. I have my blog linked from my personal website. When you click on the blog link on my website of course it takes you to my wordpress blog. I would like to have a link or menu item on that menu to take users back to my personal website. How can I accomplish this?
