Top menu overlaps tooltip

The very first glossary term on this page is fairly close to the top menu. When the tool tip appears it is under the menu and not visible.
Additionally if the glossary term is toward the top of a page when scrolling the tool tip shows up off screen completely.
Any ideas on how to make this appear over the menu or potentially showing up under the term so it is all readable?

This is a theme/plugin conflict that can be easily resolved with CSS.
As I can see the theme is forcing a z-index in the menu and our tooltip have a different priority for that.
Usually this happens because the menu need it for the submenu.It is possible to show the tooltip on the bottom or to fix the menu issue but we don’t offer this kind of support for the free users.
