Top ratest posts widget different order

I noticed there is a tab called statistics and analytics, so I tried to order them by rating, and I noticed that the list that shows up with posts with 5 star rating, is different than the list that is showing up in the top rated posts widget. The widget settings are simple:10 posts, 3 minimum rating, minimum votes 1.
Is there a bug in the plugin or I am missing some setting?
