This option is available in the personalization options of the theme.
Appearance>Customize>Header Design>Header Menus

strange I’ve already checked but the topbar is not sticky, even if I’ve turned off all plugins.

Sticky menu is for Topbar menu location only, perhaps you are using Header location.
Please check your menu location.

@denzel Chia: that does NOT seem to be the issue. After reading this thread I went back to my site and checked my settings – they are exactly as required and my menu has also lost its ‘stickiness’ since the last theme update. If you wish I can take another screen capture to prove.
