@akingbenga Please check if another plugin is causing this error, for example some geo blocking plugin.

My current location is China. I will take a look into it tomorrow because its night here right now. 🙂
The server is prohibited from opening to China. I have to send you a screen shot if you can privately provide me an email. Essentially the forum page is divided into two equal columns with the poster’s picture and profile occupying the entire left and the post content the right half. The poster section should be much much smaller.
BTW the layout issue is only on desktop not mobile view.

A screenshot will not help because this is a styling-bug caused by your used theme so I have to inspect it for a possible css fix. Alternatively you can tell me the name of your used theme so I can install it from the WordPress themes directory.

I just fixed this issue in the development version of the plugin. This fix will be included in the upcoming release which I plan to release in the beginning of September (I am on a trip at the moment so I dont have my production environment for deploying updates available at the moment).
If you want to fix this by yourself in the meantime you just have to add one single line to the style.css file. You can find the changeset here:
