Topic spacing

Hello!

I just created a contact form, but the topic spacing has a layout problem. The third topic is always closest to the previous, comparing to the spacing between name and e-mail. I tried to change the kind of the topic or add on more, and it seems like the third is always damaged.

Can you help me, please?
