Topic text in one column?

Hi there, I don’t know if someone else has encountered this problem and I wasn’t able to find any answer for my problem.

Why do I see the topic text in one single column? I thought that might be a customization problem, as I made a total reset of the plugin.
The problem is there already.

the problem is solved if I reduce the page, but if I maximize the page the problem remains.
