    1. Can you please share your system information so we can understand what plugins are that you’re using. Any information on how to replicate it will be super valuable as it’ll help us, most likely, find the source of the issue. And as a result, help you in the meantime and ultimately fix the issue.

    2. Are you using WooCommerce with Event Tickets Plus? If so, I’d highly recommend you open a new ticket on our premium support platform. As a license holder, you have access to premium support and my colleagues will be able to better support you there. For the time being if you can share your currency settings, and the decimal and thousands separators as well.
