@curtisbrownlee I am not sure why a NEW form created using the newest version of ninja would use a deprecated software??

THE most maddening part about this, it works fine in preview and it worked fine for a few weeks before…

Well no response from ninja forms either in the official ticketing system or here! Anyone have a suggestion on contact form that is actually supported??

Wait. You bought this from Ninja Forms? If so they can’t support you on this site as that’s not allowed.
For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.
As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
