• If I could give less than 1 star I would. The product is garbage, customer support is garbage and the company overall does not care about the customers. I asked over 10 times to place my current listings and sold listings on my site. After 6 weeks of nonsense back and forth, they still couldn’t do it. Just endless emails from different ‘support’ team members saying they did what I asked but it was never done. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. SUPER SCAM!

    Then, we always ask them what went wrong, trying to solve the issue for them or future clients, make them happy or/and give them the formal refund. Sometimes, even we issued the refund and let the client keep the product and service at the same time and formally apologized to the client if the mistake was from our side.

    However, if someone is blackmailing us to bypass that 20 days timeline, in one day or they raise the dispute, we just give them their refund and send them away. We see no reason to have further conversation in such case. WE TOLERATE NO BLACKMAIL.

    Ha, what a joke. I simply asked for the money back that I paid you for a service that was never delivered. That’s not blackmail. That’s simple business. I pay you for a service. If that service is not delivered, I get my money back. Very simple.
