if manual try to add this when upload plugin in wp-content/plugins and when click on plugin name in admin menu need write code and email.
When write email and code again nothing happen.
After long time show this error cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 120005 milliseconds with 0 bytes received
If you put wrong code or email again nothing happen

It can’t connect you server. I think you are trying to connect in same wordpress where you have installed the elite licenser. If not then try your licensing server is not responding or your server’s network issue.
