Total not working

If someone could help me it would be greatly appreciated.

So my issue is ive created a league table and when i make adjustments to the values as there is no events going to take place so i need to manually change them. It doesn’t actually recognise these scores. For example Correct Scores is valued at 3 and Correct Result is valued at 1. But the Total doesn’t automatically update even though i’ve done the config the correct way.

I am having total issues questions as well. https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/game-total-points/ Trying to get some help. I have pro support but rarely get help there either.

It’s frustrating that two out of the many leagues work but the rest dont.

I mean events, league tables, player lists.. Any page you are using to add your data/adjustments.

Hi!

Our dev team just got back to me. Indeed, that’s how it works. You’ll need to apply the adjustment to the item and to the totals. If you want the totals to be adjusted, maybe you need a different approach, such as adding a new event outcome or something else to make your points correct from the start.

I make adjustments to CS and CR. And when i give those a value the totals didn’t work. There isnt any events being created as its not made for that.

Thanks for your reply but I don’t get what you mean.

As I said, the totals will only use the values coming from the events, as stated in the formula:

So when you use the league table adjustments:

You aren’t changing the value for the other fields, thus the total won’t change.

The only way to do this would be using an event (it doesn’t need to be a real event, just to store data) so the totals will have data coming from the events (this should fix all columns, not just one).
