    Experiencing an issue with the YITH WooCommerce Product Add-ons & Extra Options plugin, Version 4.0.1.

    I have successfully integrated the add-ons to my products, and they are displaying correctly on the product page. However, when a customer selects multiple add-ons, the total price is being updated. The total price displayed in the “Add to Cart” section remains unchanged, showing only the base product price.

    I have reviewed the plugin settings and configuration options, but I have been unable to resolve this issue on my own. It is crucial for my customers to have accurate and transparent pricing information before proceeding to checkout.

    Could you please provide guidance on ensuring that the total price, including the product and add-ons, is correctly calculated and displayed when a customer adds items to their cart?

    Hi there,

    Hope you are doing well 🙂

    Could you check if you have the Ajax Add to Cart feature enabled? Maybe it is added by your current theme.

    If so, could you disable it and add the add-ons again to the cart and check that it works?

    I’ve checked, and the Ajax Add to Cart feature is currently disabled. I’ve tested with different themes and also disabled some plugins to test, but unfortunately, the issue persists.
