Just an update. I tried to get either a refund, or the actual software I was supported to get. Paypal denied the refund and the company does not appear to want to give me the software. Oh well. It was not a lot of money in the big picture.

How high is your IQ!!! You don’t know how to click a download link? and issue a support ticket?
Tons of people use the plugin… You are just silly.

I am an attorney with two graduate degrees. I do a lot of trial work. I would say my IQ is pretty high.
I did enter a support ticket – no response.
And why not just send me the proper link to download what I need? On the paypal dispute – you said the add on is included but did not give download instructions.
On this support forum – you said there is a “silly” download link. But again you refrain from offering the actual link.
Lets stop this game. Just give me a way to get what I paid for. I will be the first to post that it was all a mistake.
I also have a law degree (corporate law) + computer sciences (languages).
So, according to you we are a scam… also, according to you we won the paypal dispute correct? What exactly does that tell you?
By the way, never in my life I would like to be represented legally by you or the law firm you are associated with myfloridalaw.com

Ok, well I went and read this guy’s profile. Wow! He’s got like 40 different threads on plugins started…all on different plugins. I’ve been using wordpress for like 6-7 years now, and I think I’ve asked 2 questions! So “1” of the 1-star ratings is officially discounted here. (in my opinion, for “my” use anyways) 😉
I’m taking a hard look at this plugin…it looks like what I need, but I want to make sure I’m choosing the best option

Wow. That is an unfair comment. I paid money for the premium version of this plugin and ended up just deleting it because I could not get help. And as you can see he appears to think he “won” because he got to keep my money.
Did you look at your own profile ??? You have 46 threads, not 2. You have posted a tremendous amount of mean, cynical comments on plugins. Where in the world did you come up with “2” questions ??? You appear to be incredibly active.
Anyway, what does that have to do with anything ???
My one star is based on my experience with their “paid” product. It did not work for me and the author insulted me instead of helping me.
I was considering purchasing this plugin, it looks like it may well be what I have been looking for but upon reading the above exchange I’m going to pass.
You never treat your clients as if they’re idiots, whether you feel they are being “silly” or not.
