• today we tried to create some bulk labels.
    misleaded by the false translations we got 7 orders under the same name for shipment.
    after we cancelled it – we have been unable to get the orders back and could not create new labels. but also new orders would not work anymore.
    once they come in, we could create labels, but they no longer got an ups id and the pdf label was corrupted.

    this is by far the worst shipping plugin i ever got to work with.
    please do the world a favor and completely rewrite it.

    i did that and never get the support needed – it took 2 months for nothing – by the way are you kidding – you are labeled as the plugin author and you are not able to solve this issue. instead you act like anyone i got in touch with at ups – talk to this number or email and create a support ticket. this is not a kafka story, it should be real life.
    if you don’t feel responsible for your plugin, please consider to delete your account.
