Is there a way to track how many clicks my Related Posts links get through Google analytics?

Not that I am aware of. In theory you could set up UTM urls, albeit I’ve not done this before nor am experienced for this.

The plugin just uses the standard WordPress function get_the_permalink to get the links within the related posts.
