track button redirecting

    Hi. I recently installed your plugin & I need a little help to use it.
    I set a custom provider & also set the tracking URL, the problem is that when the track button is clicked on the order page in front end of site, it redirects to https://mysite/my account/orders/ instead of the page I set (tracking URL).

    Hi, you mean the my-account > orders list? there is a fix for the next version (tomorrow) for that – https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/track-column-in-orders-page/

    We will also add the option to open the track link in a new tab or in the same window.

    On my site, the latest orders are displayed in the dashboard (image 1) and all orders are displayed on the orders page (image 2)
    In each of the mentioned pages, if you click on the track button, it will be redirected to the same page, but in the new tab.

    Track button in my account/ dashboard it`s redirected to my account/ dashboard (same page but in the new tab) instead of the tracking URL.

    I’m sorry, I am new to using this plugin. Am I right in thinking that track button should redirect to tracking URL ?

    Yes, you are correct, this should work like that, but only in cases that you have one tracking number for the order, if you added multiple tracking numbers, you will be directed to the Single order page with the multiple tracking numbers. I will ask the developers to check that this is working like that for the next version, and the track button will be moved back to the Actions column.
    We will release the new version in the next days

    Hi, We just released the latest version of the plugin, and move the Track button back to the actions column added an option to hide it, and open the Track link in a new tab.
