Hi, How can I track click on FB chat bubble? I tried with CSS event and link click. I tried to follow this guide but still cant see in the real time events. Is possible with your plugin?

Hi Lew1s,

Unfortunately we can’t track actions on that chat. It’s a frame, meaning that the code is hosted on Facebook’s own servers. We simply can’t reach it.

But here is a guide with google tag manager which works. Did you check? If there is working must work with you plugin as well. Please check here.

Google Tag Manager does things differently, and unfortunately we can’t replicate this with our plugin.
